They collaborate with production teams, marketing, and retail departments to bring designs from concept to finished products. In Japan, attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of both local and international fashion trends are essential.
Standard: 40 hours per week
Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Overtime: May be required during fashion seasons, production deadlines, or events
Creativity and innovation in fashion design
