Job Description

A Building Cleaning Management worker in Japan is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, hotels, and public facilities. The job ensures that buildings remain safe, healthy, and visually clean for employees, visitors, and residents.

Working Hours

  • 8 hours per day

  • Approximately 40 hours per week

  • Morning, afternoon, or night shifts depending on the facility

  • Overtime may be required

  • Refill cleaning supplies such as soap and paper towels

  • Use cleaning chemicals safely according to guidelines

  • Report maintenance issues to supervisors
