A Reinforcing Bar Worker (Rebar Technician) in Japan is responsible for preparing, cutting, bending, and installing steel reinforcing bars used in concrete structures. These bars strengthen buildings, bridges, roads, and other infrastructure. The technician works on construction sites to ensure that reinforced concrete structures meet engineering and safety standards.
