A Poultry Processing Worker or Poultry Production Technician in Japan is responsible for processing, preparing, and packaging poultry products in compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The role ensures efficient production and high-quality poultry products for retail and commercial use.
Typically 8 hours per day
Around 40 hours per week
Overtime may occur during peak production seasons
Work is mostly indoors in processing facilities, standing for extended periods, and may involve cold storage areas
Handling and processing poultry products according to safety standards
Operating processing and packaging machinery
Knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
Ability to follow production schedules and instructions
Attention to detail for quality control

Ability to perform repetitive tasks with efficiency
Receive, inspect, and prepare poultry for processing
