Job Description

A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating engaging, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces for websites, applications, and software. The role involves researching user needs, designing wireframes and prototypes, testing usability, and collaborating with developers to implement designs. UI/UX Designers aim to improve user satisfaction, accessibility, and overall digital experience.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week (standard full-time schedule)

  • Monday to Friday

  • Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Overtime or flexible hours may be required for project deadlines

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision

  • Knowledge of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing

  • Understanding of responsive design and interaction design principles

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus

  • Strong creativity, visual design, and problem-solving skills

  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Communication and teamwork skills
