A JavaScript Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive web applications using JavaScript and related frameworks. This role involves working on front-end and sometimes back-end development, collaborating with designers, UX/UI specialists, and back-end developers to create responsive, efficient, and scalable web applications. JavaScript Developers often work in e-commerce, IT, finance, and technology sectors.
40 hours per week (standard full-time schedule)
Monday to Friday
Typical shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Overtime may be required during tight project deadlines
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries: React, Angular, Vue.js
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
Understanding of REST APIs, AJAX, and asynchronous programming
Familiarity with version control tools (Git)
Problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
Communication and teamwork abilities
Develop and maintain interactive web applications using JavaScript and frameworks
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement responsive designs
Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code
Test and debug applications to ensure functionality across browsers and devices
Integrate front-end code with back-end services and APIs
Stay updated with emerging JavaScript frameworks and web technologies
Maintain documentation of code, design, and application updates
