Job Description

A CAD (Computer-Aided Design) Engineer is responsible for creating technical drawings, models, and design plans using specialized computer software. These drawings are used in industries such as architecture, construction, manufacturing, and product design.

CAD Engineers transform engineering ideas into accurate digital designs that guide production and construction processes. They work closely with architects, mechanical engineers, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure that designs meet technical requirements and industry standards.

The typical working hours for a CAD Engineer in Japan are:

  • 8 hours per day

  • 40 hours per week

Work Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Includes 1 hour lunch break

Key Responsibilities

CAD Engineers typically perform the following tasks:
