An Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, developing, and maintaining essential infrastructure systems such as roads, bridges, railways, water supply systems, and public facilities. They ensure that infrastructure projects are safe, efficient, and sustainable.
Infrastructure Engineers work with civil engineers, architects, government authorities, and construction teams to design and supervise large infrastructure projects. They also analyze environmental impacts, select appropriate materials, and ensure projects meet engineering standards and regulations.
Typical working hours are:
8 hours per day
40 hours per week
Schedule
8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a lunch break)
Overtime may occur during project deadlines or major infrastructure development stages.
