They may work as internal auditors (within a company) or external auditors (for audit firms). In Japan, auditors must maintain high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Standard: 40 hours per week
Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Overtime: Common during audit seasons and deadlines
Travel: May be required to visit client offices
