An Accounts Executive in Japan is responsible for managing daily financial operations and supporting the accounting department. They handle tasks such as maintaining financial records, processing invoices, managing payments, and assisting in financial reporting.
They work closely with senior accountants and finance managers to ensure accuracy and compliance with Japanese financial regulations. In Japan, precision, discipline, and confidentiality are very important for this role.
Standard: 40 hours per week
Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Overtime: May be required during month-end and year-end closing
