Job Description

Assistant Professors and Lecturers in Japan are responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students, conducting academic research, and contributing to university development. They deliver lectures, supervise student projects, publish research papers, and collaborate with academic and industry partners. In Japan, these roles are important for education, research innovation, and international academic collaboration.

Working Hours

  • Standard: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

  • Weekly: 40–45 hours

  • Flexible schedule depending on teaching and research
