Job Description

A Carton Box & Corrugated Cardboard Box Manufacturing Worker is responsible for producing packaging boxes used in shipping, storage, and product protection. The role involves operating machines that cut, fold, print, and glue cardboard sheets to create cartons and corrugated boxes. Workers also inspect product quality, ensure accurate dimensions, and prepare finished boxes for delivery. They may handle raw materials such as paperboard and assist in maintaining production equipment.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week (standard full-time schedule)

  • Monday to Friday, some factories may require shift work or weekend shifts

  • Typical shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or rotating shifts

  • Overtime may be required during high production demand

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of corrugated cardboard production and packaging processes

  • Ability to operate cutting, folding, printing, and gluing machines

  • Attention to detail for measuring, folding, and finishing boxes

  • Basic mechanical skills for machine operation and maintenance

  • Physical stamina for handling materials and standing for long periods

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate machines to cut, fold, print, and assemble cardboard boxes

  • Perform minor maintenance and cleaning of machinery
