A Lab Coordinator in Japan is responsible for managing daily laboratory operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting research and experiments. They coordinate lab activities, maintain equipment, manage supplies, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. They assist researchers and technicians, maintain lab safety and compliance standards, organize data, and manage inventory
Standard: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Weekly: 40–45 hours
Overtime: Occasionally during experiments or deadlines
