A Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and managing projects. They coordinate tasks, communicate with team members, monitor project progress, and ensure that project activities run smoothly. The role involves administrative support, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
Typically 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Overtime may be required during busy project periods.

Basic project planning knowledge
Problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira).
Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing projects
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Track project tasks and deadlines
Maintain project documentation and reports
Communicate project updates to team members and stakeholders
Help manage project resources and budgets
Identify issues and support problem-solving efforts.
