A Warp Knitted Fabrics Manufacturing Worker is responsible for producing warp knitted fabrics using specialized knitting machines. This role involves operating and monitoring warp knitting machines, ensuring fabric quality, maintaining production efficiency, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Workers may also assist in inspecting, finishing, and preparing fabrics for further processing or shipment. Warp knitting is commonly used in technical textiles, sportswear, and high-performance fabrics.
40 hours per week (standard full-time schedule)
Monday to Friday, with some factories requiring shift work or weekend shifts
Typical shifts: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or rotating shifts
Knowledge of warp knitting machines and textile production
Ability to monitor and maintain fabric quality
Basic mechanical skills for machine adjustments and maintenance
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
Physical stamina for standing and repetitive tasks
Teamwork and communication skills
Operate warp knitting machines to produce fabrics
Monitor production speed and ensure consistent fabric quality
Adjust machine settings to maintain knitting pattern accuracy
Inspect finished fabrics for defects and quality compliance
Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance of machines
Maintain inventory of yarn and finished fabrics
